Android Terms of Use
Duo Piano is provided by Beijing Dingling Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. These terms describe the Android version when available; they do not announce a public release.
Membership
An active membership provides piano play, song practice and personal piano MIDI import. Monthly and annual plans offer the same features. Prices are shown in your local currency in the app and in Google Play before purchase.
Trial and renewal
Eligible new subscribers who have never subscribed to any Duo Piano subscription may receive a 3-day free trial. Google Play determines eligibility. After the trial, your selected monthly or annual plan automatically renews at the price shown before purchase, unless you cancel. Without an eligible trial, payment begins when you subscribe. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
Purchase, restoration and cancellation
Google Play processes Android payments. A separate Duo account is not required. To restore, use the same Google Play account and choose Restore Purchases in My > Membership. Android and iOS subscriptions are independent; purchases do not transfer across platforms. Avoid purchasing a second subscription if you already have an active plan.
Manage or cancel at Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling, signing out or deleting a Duo account does not cancel a subscription. Access follows the subscription status confirmed by Google Play; connection to the service is required to verify or restore it. See Google's cancellation guidance and refund policy. Your statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
Google Play access requirements
Google Play may require age verification or parent approval. App access pauses while an explicit requirement remains unresolved, or when the required access check cannot be completed. Follow Google Play or Family Link instructions and retry. Duo Piano does not collect birthdays. Resolving or failing this check does not start, cancel or refund a subscription; you can manage or cancel it directly in Google Play even when app access is paused.
Your files and music
Import only content you have permission to use. Your personal MIDI and performance recordings stay on your device unless you export or share them. Keep your own exported backups. Catalog arrangements, MIDI and piano samples retain their individual licenses and credits, available in the app; membership does not replace those licenses. Audio or video links do not provide automatic transcription of arbitrary songs.

For help, write to cipmusicstudios@gmail.com with the device, Android version, app version and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords or payment credentials. Read our Privacy Policy for data handling. We update the date on this page when these terms change.
