Duo Piano Android Data Requests
Request access, correction or deletion of data associated with Duo Piano Android. The Android app does not require a personal Duo account.
Send to cipmusicstudios@gmail.com with the subject “Duo Piano Android Data Request”. State whether you request access, correction or deletion, and describe the relevant subscription or support interaction. A parent or guardian may submit a request concerning a child. We verify the requester's relationship to the relevant data before processing. Do not send passwords, review credentials, purchase tokens, card details, a child's full name, birthday, school or personal MIDI files. Support may ask for the minimum additional proof needed to locate and verify the relevant records.
Local data
Imports, favorites, practice history and performance recordings are stored on your device. Use the app's clear-data and recording-delete controls or uninstall it. Delete exported copies separately in the location you selected. Clear an entered review credential in My > About > Review Access > Clear.
Server data and retention
We review deletion requests for purchase-verification records and support correspondence. Records that are no longer needed for subscription restoration, payment support, fraud prevention or legal obligations can be deleted following verification. Cancellation does not automatically delete these records, and the service currently has no automatic purchase-record deletion deadline. If some records must be retained, support will explain the reason and applicable retention period in the response. Infrastructure security logs and backups follow the hosting providers' retention rules and cannot always be removed individually. The Privacy Policy explains the categories and purposes.
Cancel subscriptions separately
A data request, uninstall or account deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel in Google Play. You do not need to buy anything or reinstall the app to send a data request.

本机数据
导入、收藏、练习记录和演奏录制保存在本机。通过应用内清除数据、删除录制入口或卸载应用处理；导出副本需在所选保存位置另行删除。审核凭据可通过“我的—关于—审核访问—清除”移除。
服务器数据与保留
我们核实购买验证记录和客服邮件的删除请求。对恢复订阅、付款支持、反欺诈或法律义务已无必要的记录，可在核实后删除。取消订阅不会自动删除这些记录；当前服务没有购买记录的自动删除期限。需继续保留时，客服将在回复中说明原因和适用期限。基础设施安全日志与备份遵循服务提供方的保留规则，未必可逐条删除。数据类别及用途见隐私政策。
